He has a very creditable track record so it would be a sensible appointment.
Also, a decision needs to be made one way or the other. Keeping Omer dangling isn't fair on anyone.
What that would mean for Riza I don't know. He's been a breath of fresh air for the club so it would be a shame to part company. How he would feel about stepping back into a coaching role only he can answer. Would he see it as a backward step now he's had a taste of sitting in the hot seat?
 
Not sure. He's been out of football mangement for a while. As a DoF I would prefer someone more recently involved.

Keeping a watching brief is fine but being removed from the sharp end for sometime doesn't encourage me.
