Its not even 1 o'clock ffs

For anyone interested in making chicken macanase. Should feed 3 or 4.

Pack of chicken goujons, add teaspoons of 5 spice, sweet paprika, salt and cumin. 1/2 teaspoon of cayenne. Marinade as long as you want.

Finely chop 4 cloves of garlic a 1 inch piece of ginger, 2 red onions and 1 red pepper. Really fine chop. Fry the onions until golden then add the other ingredients and fry until they are all soft.
Add 1 dessert spoon of good curry powder and 2 teaspoons of smoked paprika, fry for about 5 mins.

300ml chicken stock
Dessert spoon of soy

Add the liquid and some small waxy potatoes simmer and reduce for 10 minutes.

Add large dessert spoon of unsweetened peanut butter and half a can of coconut milk.

Separate pan fry the chicken until it has a nice colour then add to the sauce pan and simmer for 15 mins.
Am making this this afternoon. Got everything prepped and ready to go.
Could be interesting as I'm cooking it after the mags game and will be truly ****faced <cheers>

If you're into Greggs pasties, you can buy them frozen from Iceland. Packs of two, jus sayin.
