I just mean that fried potatoes are nice with anything. The sausages and curry sauce also very nice. Good beer food and I've had one or two watching the footy.

Finely chopped onion, ginger, garlic fried in oil, added curry spices (cumin, coriander, tumeric, black pepper) also added some paprika. Added red wine vinegar and cooked down. Added tomatoes and reduced to a paste, added water and coconut milk and reduced.

 

Should just measure up right 1st, saves all the reducing.
