    This is interesting.

    I'm 5' 11" (or 5' 7.5" if @Sweats is to be believed) and currently 15 9.

I'm half a stone over weight, in as much as you can see that 7lbs on me.

Probs a stone over if truth be told but I can carry the 7lbs in between, if that makes sense? I'd be very happy at 15st dead, put it that way.

I find it weird how 'light' people are tbh.

I'm never gonna be skinny but, ****ing lightweights everywhere, not gonna lie.

Chicken Dopiaza, Dopiaza means two onions in Persian. But it’s not really two onions. It’s onion two ways. Finely diced onion is added at the beginning and pre-fried large pieces of onion are added right at the end, I add red pepper and scorch them with the onions.

For anyone interested in making chicken macanase. Should feed 3 or 4.

Pack of chicken goujons, add teaspoons of 5 spice, sweet paprika, salt and cumin. 1/2 teaspoon of cayenne. Marinade as long as you want.

Finely chop 4 cloves of garlic a 1 inch piece of ginger, 2 red onions and 1 red pepper. Really fine chop. Fry the onions until golden then add the other ingredients and fry until they are all soft.
Add 1 dessert spoon of good curry powder and 2 teaspoons of smoked paprika, fry for about 5 mins.

    300ml chicken stock
    Dessert spoon of soy

Add the liquid and some small waxy potatoes simmer and reduce for 10 minutes.

Add large dessert spoon of unsweetened peanut butter and half a can of coconut milk.

Separate pan fry the chicken until it has a nice colour then add to the sauce pan and simmer for 15 mins.
