No mustard but I did have salt and vinegar on the tatties and just a little bit of tomato sauce on the bacon. Not too much.Where’s the usual bottle of sauce or full jar of mustard?
Noodles with roasted onion and some bacon.....Sounds kinda boring mate.Did some spaetzle noodles with slow roasted red onion, bacon and rosemary. Little sprinkle of Parmesan at the end.
Think it’s an Italian/Austrian dish. ****ing amazing, roast the onions in the skin and they come out so sweet. Ate it like a starved pig so no pictures this time.

Boil them, made with a loose pasta type dough. Then toss them in the onion, bacon, rosemary mix and add a bit of the boiling water like pasta to make a creamy starch type sauce.

You ha e to boil them up first, otherwise you are making a mess
