No mustard but I did have salt and vinegar on the tatties and just a little bit of tomato sauce on the bacon. Not too much.
Did some spaetzle noodles with slow roasted red onion, bacon and rosemary. Little sprinkle of Parmesan at the end. Think it’s an Italian/Austrian dish. ****ing amazing, roast the onions in the skin and they come out so sweet. Ate it like a starved pig so no pictures this time.

with those igredients, i would have just fried them, with some chilli etc, kind a singapore noodle style.
You ha e to boil them up first, otherwise you are making a mess. They take like 2 mins to boil, straight out and into any sauce, big in Germany fried off after cooking in butter.
ffs.. I think i know that part. But i'm not getting the jist of the recipe, boiled noodles and chunky veg with bacon? Teach me man.
