looking at tweets only, its safe to say andy hughes is going.

also, danny green didnt travel and was posting pictures of his shed instead.

ceddy evina also looks gone, been in paris as far as i can see.

astrix has said his farewall - said he enjoyed his time at the club.

Getting back to Charlton, those to leave Evina, Green, Pritchard, Gower, Cort, Hughes, Feely, Wood, Cook, Hollands, KOC, AA, Obika, Sordell, Jordan.

Those to leave from U18s Harry Doherty, Mickael Kennedy. I hope Muldoon and Osborne get new contracts.

Whether Hamer, Poyet, Morrison and Dervite sign new contracts I don't know. Freeing up so many players should give us some wriggle room in the transfer market.

And not all of us wanted him out... only the minority who were the ones who got onto the radio call ins and on the news etc. Pulis will be gone by Jan
 
after the players meal tonight, in which i asked EVERYONE if they were coming back, i got a strong indication that loads aint coming back

Evina didnt show for the POTY meal so gone, Green just posted good luck to charlton, Pritchard did a no show too, Gower showed up but will be gone, Cort did a no show aswell, Hughes said its likely he's gone, Wood i overheard saying he doesnt think he'll be back, Cook wasnt there, Hollands not there either, KOC posted on twitter a day or two ago saying he's returning to belgium, AA said he's going, Obika said he'd like to come back but doesnt know anything, Sordell said he doesnt know but said in such a way where there is no way he wants to come back.

worryingly, morrison said they had not offered him anything. he said if they did he's sign tomorrow.

hamer looks to be on his way too. way he said goodbye on tues, crying at the game yesterday and his behavior tonight looked like he was going.

dervitte said he's probably staying, just sorting out the contract.

i think poyet is gone. i asked the player on our table if he'll be around next year and he smirked and said "who knows".
 
riga said he'd like to be back next year, but isnt sure. in his speech said he doesnt know where his future lies.

in short, we may not have enough players to field 11 next year. more worryingly we dont have someone in charge indicating who should be offered deals.

the lady (Catrien) scrubs up alright! but i doubt her football knowledge is going to fix this mess.

Not her fault in all fairness, it's her boss who is the one who is letting the club down by letting all these players go, does he not understand the Bosman ruling?

Worrying what you said SiG but I had a fear that's pretty much what it would be like. Morro not tooooo worried about but would like him to sign, Dervite is a must, I want Hamer but if Pope is as good as people say, fair play let him go. Poyet I thought would be gone. If we can keep them fit we have RM and RB sorted in Wilson and Solly just need back up for them.

Striker, new CBs, LM back up, CM back up when Diego goes is a must too.

Basically yeah, we need major investment in the summer whether its transfers or free transfers
 
I am not too worried about releasing the dead wood. But I would like to keep Dervite, Morrison, Hamer and Poyet. The rest, goodbye. There are a lot of players out of contract and I think Roland will splash a bit of cash as well.

Won't miss any of those. A few leave with my thanks, most with my "thanks for nothing".

Would like to see Ghoochinejhad, and Parzyszek leave too, once we have some new players in. Maybe on loan if no-one will give them a permanent. Nego and Ulien-Thuram too. Please don't tell me they are on contract?

After flopping on loan elsewhere, Hollands seems to be thriving at Portsmouth (hat-trick on Saturday, but playing well before that too). Too late for a comeback at Charlton, I'm afraid. One of our best players until those triplets arrived. Good luck to him.

Also to Pritchard who always gave 100%. He will probably end up wherever CP does if Div One or Div Two, with a career in admin to follow. Better educated than your average footballer.

Not sure why Obika was signed if they didn't play him. I assumed it was "on trial" for a permanent contract. Maybe he didn't impress in training.

You don't mention Wilson, my Player of the Year. I think his contract has expired?

On top of that, some players on contract might force a move elsewhere if they can better themselves (Wiggins, Cousins, Harriott). These days if a player is hell-bent on leaving it is hard to keep him as we saw with Stephens. And as the examples of Stephens and Sordell illustrate, if that is the case it is better to sell when his value is highest, as it might fall it he sulks and loses his edge.

Of course, if RD invests generously and wisely and the team is doing well, players may not wish to leave. But having seen the crazy sale of Kermorgant and the eurotrash he brought in, I am not too confident that will happen.

Whatever, we are in for a massive rebuild. CP pulled it off brilliantly, but most clubs struggle for a season (or more).
