My excerise will come via washing and polishing the car. Wax on, wax off.

 

I go 4/5 days a week for 1.5 hours or so. Mixture of weigh training and cardio. I enjoy it, most days, anyway. But I still go even when I'm not in the mood.

 

Thats a good regime, i swim twice a week for an hour. helps to burn off the beer!

 

The kids round here try and sell Weed with glass sprayed on it the little ****bags.

All you have to do is get a bud and rub it in your fingers, if it turns to grit it has glass in, then you just punch them and take their money.
