Did a load of cooking for a bar in Kiri Kan to pull in the felangs. Most popular were chicken tikka, chicken biryani, chilli con carne, lasagne & spaghetti aribiata.

I love Potatoes in a curry. I imagine them all wearing little Spurs replica shirts as I devour them.

The only thing that puts me off thai fish curries is that they're river fish. I think Rohu is a river fish and the only one I like, but this is only found in Bengali or Indian or Pakistani curries. Otherwise has to be sea fish in curries.

Was talking about this with Chief on our board. He had a salmon curry which I've not heard of nor could I imagine how it would work as a curry.

I'm not keen on fish curries. Why **** about with Fish when there is lamb, beef and chicken in this world.

Its like watching women's football when there is a much better product on offer..men's football. So why the **** would you.

One of my favourite dishes is good ol 'fish n chips wiv mushy peas' see that's where fish is used right.

Try Cod with a curry masala coating and grilled...mmmm....but curries? **** fish in curries...pointless.

Fish make good starters. Maybe Fish pakoras. Breaded fish..but not in a curry sauce.
