Beef lamb or pork? I do miss a nice bit of crackling
Slow cooked pork belly today. So no real crackling, but a lot of crispy fat. Plus stacks of salt, pepper and thyme and a tray of roasted vegetables. Accompanied by a hard to find but not too pricey bottle of Inferno, from the south facing slopes of the Alps north of Lake Como.
