Read earlier in the week to expect a big announcement from Acun about a Fans Park or something he was laying on just for City fans at Wembley. Have I missed it? Is it just this Box Park with a £12 admission fee, is that it? Genuine question.
I read yesterday there's some sort of fans village set up for City fans.

That mentions our fans being in "a sold-out East side of Wembley". First reference I've heard to it being sold out, apart from Baz earlier in the week saying they expected the last few tickets to go quickly. It's not actually sold out is it?

There still looked to be a couple of thousand left last time I saw a plan, so I doubt it.

I'm keeping good company this weekend Tony, the creme de la creme so to speak...

It'll be a couple of half and half shandies pre-match then over to your penthouse for nibbles, dips,Pimms and an educated conversation with big Vern...What could possibly go wrong? :emoticon-0102-bigsm

Safe journey down for you and the good lady and all the others on the move Today.

Up Our Tigers!!!
I am still waiting for the postcode and invite for the aforementioned flat.
I am happy to bring some Sex Pistols and Clash vinyls to help break the ice.

There's box park and one called east fan zone close by - all reserved for City - Tickets for Box Park are about 12 50 and come as digital - you can get straight in up to 12 30 - after that you have to queue with non ticket holders - the east fan zone says Hull City - no idea whether you pay- presumably you have to show match ticket to stop non Hull getting in

We are driving down today and staying at our son's place to be bossed around by our grandaughter then heading off to Wembley tomorrow morning for a few shandies before the game. Get hissed after triumphantly gaining promotion then stagger back to our son's place and then drive back Sunday. Ahhh can't wait UTT

Today's really going to drag, it's bank holiday weekend so my customers placed any stock orders at the start of the week, so I've got bugger all to do today. I tried to get the missus to go this afternoon and take in a show tonight, but she wants to be in the garden now it's sunny.

Still, we'll be in Covent Garden in time for lunch tomorrow and I'm going with my grandson, so it will be worth the wait.

If anyone is planning on using the Piccadilly or District line, they’re on strike tomorrow and not running. Cockfosters will no longer be an option if anyone was planning to use it.

Otherwise it shouldn’t affect most of us but depending where you’re staying or travelling from.

Im driving down nearly all way, got a driveway booked 20 mins walk away - 50 quid, not bad if you can get it.
then staying in High Wycombe after .
Hoping to go in the east stand park for a bit before the game but it all depends how well my son handles the noise and the crowds, might be in stadium early.
he is probably a bit young for it really, but if we win and its a moment replayed over the years like Deano's goal i want to be able to say you were there, even if he doesnt really remember.
funny thing is i was telling both my kids today if we win the prize is great, but even if we dont, just enjoy the day , no tears ( i dont want them becoming a meme ...haha )
the irony is it will be me that is absolutely gutted and putting a brave face on if we lose <laugh>

Looking at the tube map, the Metropolitan line has only one stop out of central London ie Finchley Road, then Wembley Park. Jubilee line has 8...
Metropolitan Line looks favourite to me.

Whered you find the parking space?

But yea def seems much easier and less stressful than using a public car park down there

Thought I'd log in to see how many left (I already have 2) but its not open to me yet, im not a season pass holder but went to plenty of games this season.

Its madness that if there's tickets left at this time theyre not just available to anyone

Hull City have taken over a pub for Friday from about 3pm and for before and after the game on Saturday.

The Dolphin - about 300 yards from King’s Cross on the corner of Tonbridge Street and Bidborough Street, WC1H 9CW - will be renamed Fer Ark for this period and will be subject to a Hull City takeover. On the Friday, for much of the time Justin Whittle and Michael Turner will be present (don't know the exact times), as will Roary and Amber if that’s more your thing. There will also be giveaways and so on. It does food too! And will be bedecked in black and amber.
