Ever looked forward to something, but when it happened it was absolutely ****e?

Anything at all from sexual conquests to places of interest

Or even warehouse jobs that hurt your feet but are tedious as feck <laugh>

Over to you lot

<laugh> I don't get involved in the HAIG stuff but were you really surprised?<laugh>

I was surprised he was a old as he claimed.
I felt for sure, to be that childish and needy, he was in his twenties, max!
To realise that there is a 55 year old out there who is less mature than my 7 year old daughter was rather surprising, I must say.

Regarding being let down by things.......Chelsea in 2008.....horrible let down!

Farnborough Air Show last year.

Expensive - 100 years of the RAF and first world war armistice and there was nothing celebrating either.

Selection of aircraft displays very poor.

They got an absolute pasting on the reviews.

Brussels. Very disappointing with unpleasant beer.

Went to see Squeeze last year, always liked their music back in the day, but I’d never seen them live. Paid a wedge for front row seats, booked an expensive hotel up the road, all sorted.

They were ****ing ****e, Glenn had a sore throat and should have cancelled the greedy ****, left after 15 minutes and went to the pub up the road and watched a Joshua fight. Meh.

I know the keyboard player from The Squeeze (not Jools Holland) bloke called Stephen Large, he's married our Saxophonist's sister. I've jammed a couple of times with him too.

I'll let him know you think they're **** mate <ok>

Tell him it was Harrogate last summer and I’m sure he’ll remember it, as Glenn’s voice was ****ed.
