Right...

The numbers you average are impressive and despite a messy game at our place, your away support was still good.
So I was really surprised to see about 80% of the home crowd gone before the final whistle.
We have a fair few early walkers when we've obviously lost, but I can't remember it ever being that many.
The weirdest one I've ever seen was West Brom away a few years ago, we were 3-0 up at half time and literally half the crowd didn't come back out for the second half.

It reminds me of that 'King of the Castle' game we played as kids ..... everyone kicking & punching to scramble to the top, claiming victory then being clouted and knocked off..
What the **** kind of game is that ?
sounds like rugby
Sunderland home support is getting worse mate. this season will be my last as a season ticket holder. rather go to the away games, least you can sing & swear.
This bloke today told me to watch my language because he was with his son. I told him to **** off & take his free tickets some where else. some fans need a good going over.
All parents with kids should go the family stand end of. come on Sunderland sort it out.
Rant over.
No offence lad but if you were there with your son and someone said that to you what would you do!? I know what I would.
They should be in the family stand mate.
That's fair enough lad, but things are changing and it seems to be the way of the modern game. TBH I hear more swearing at juniour football than from the terraces in the professional game.

There's 3 worse teams then both of us. Well I reckon there is.
It's still February and we've both got a shocking run of fixtures to come, so you never know what's going to happen.
Whether you like it or not, the Bruce factor does add to the match between safc & hcafc. For that I want a repeat next season.
Again, good luck in the final.
.I understand that McShane was prone to making howlers when he was with you, but he was a kid of 21 or 22 for ****'s sake. Can't you get your head around the fact that he's improved beyond recognition, especially in the last year or two? After being farmed out on loan here and there from us after our first spell in the PL between 2008 and 2010, he came back and re-invented himself last season and he's continued that form, even as we've stepped up to the top flight. The lad just keeps answering his critics and doubters by performing well on a very consistent basis. For that reason he's become something of a cult hero, and rightly so.F@ck Hull I hope they get relegated and rot.
Even with 10 men how did we get beat off a team with McShane in it?!?!

**** start, **** performance and shocking support...Bad day all round..
Hull could only beat what was in front of them, to be honest they should of been out of sight at half time with Long & Jelavic hitting the posts.
Well impressed with Long like, those signings will keep Hull up.
Wish we had the wonga to buy Long, cannot for the life of me understand why West Brom let him go.

I went onto a few of your message boards today and the amount of people slating McShane was matched only by the number of people lauding Wes Brown for being a "class act", "always looking in control"..... how ironic it was to see him commit the kind of howler that you still associate with Paul McShane, after just three minutes of the game.
Anyway, good luck against Man City in the final.
