I think he’s a good appointment all things considered. I’d still rather have kept Adkins. I wonder how long he’ll last before being ground down by the regime?

True.The truth sometimes hurts.
He actually said 'work over' ...He’s the first manager who has said he can’t wait to work with Lee Darnbrough.
"their ambition matches mine".I doubt he's swallowed anything. He's here to improve his career and will be very aware of the potential pitfalls. He's being very diplomatic, and I sense a very confident individual in that interview.
I wish him well also. Unless he makes horrendous mistakes - tactically on the park, recruitment (which is likely to be limited given the probable budget), then I doubt he'll suffer too much as the whole football world is aware of the constraints & randomly damaging actions of the current owners.
Think he's in a decent place to impress.
Should of been reading The Decade insteadYou must log in or register to see mediaI like this guy already
Someone will blame him and I don't mean Bob, he goes without saying...It's a win-win. He does well and moves on up. He does crap, he's not to blame. Can't lose. Though it might only be a matter of time before the fallout begins and someone gets twatted.
