Please don’t bother saying they conceded under Bielsa too, no they didn’t as Koch when he was fit was played in midfield, DM and RB, Llorente when fit was played as DM even LB our team was decimated with injuries and had no Kalvin Phillips so Struijk Llorente, Forshaw, Klich and Koch were all having a go it wasn’t Bielsa’s fault when 69% of your squad is out injured a small squad and square pegging killed it

I also think PL is a different animal to any other league which is why players like Llorente and Rasmus can fit into the better teams in Europe, the leagues just aren’t as good. I think they’ve got a few decent teams and then quite a few championship level teams. Llorente does have a player in him as was it him and Cooper or Struijk in our first season back in the PL when we were getting draws against Chelsea and scum at home and conceding a lot less it looked like we had it figured out.
We paid £17m for Llorente and pay him £2.3m per year. He has a contract to 2027. We got a £500k loan fee from Roma last season and saved his wages, so made £2.8m saving. Looks like we are doing the same again for another season so will have saved £5.6m off the £17m we paid for him.

Probably nobody else wants our players. Why would anyone pay for them when it’s obvious we’re happy to give them away for free. Have to say there has not been one positive from these new owners yet
Basically it's prem prices that are way too high. Only a handful of clubs in the world can afford to pay what the prem do. Sky has ruined our top league and agents have taken over.
