My big problem with it is that I as a bloke who has watched football all my life and recognise the good the bad the brilliant and the stupid, have been firced to accept lady presenters and lady pundits to infest my viewing. I have zero respect for them because none can ever know how a male pro footballer thinks. Yet I see idiots who I respected like Ian Wright etc have to stay silent and nod when a woman speaks dribble. I would say fk off but guess they want the cash….. the amount of top top pundits and commentators sacked because they have to make room for women at BBC. It was also a stupid bird from the BBC who said that the England womens team is racist as no black players… i respect women players in a womens game but its not football its a different sport I wouldnt watch
Ian Wright is very supportive of women’s football and I’m pretty sure he does some punditry for some of the matches. Recently got in a spat with Lord Sugar for making similar comments as yours above about women pundits in the men’s matches but not the other way round.

Well Ben and two of his chums are on their way to Elland Road. One is a Spurs fan (and very good footballer) who has been with us once before and jumped at the chance to do it again. The other has never been to a live game and is quite shy, will be interesting to see what he makes of it. Certainly, Ben is doing his bit for future fan base recruitment :emoticon-0148-yes:

I did ask Michael if he wanted a ticket and to see if he would take them to a strip club afterwards but, apparently he has a big game of dominoes on at the Dog and Duck and a couple of halves planned <wah>

Couldn’t go myself, Jan has been competing in Somerset this week and has qualified for the Horse of the Year show for the first time in her life so I am being the good husband, champagne on ice and dinner all prepared :emoticon-0148-yes:

Starting XI virtually as expected with Struijk at left-back. Surprise to see Costa and Poveda among the subs. Young bench. A lot of senior names missing from the squad

Looks to me like Marsch gives us a clue with his starting 11 and then throws a spanner in the mix with a couple of next seasons U21s in Perkins, Joseph and Carole plus Christy in place of Klaesson and not answering the questions on Costa and Poveda, is it a shop window or are they staying ffs. What a waste oftime this pre season has been

Thought we were supposed to have a stronger squad than last season. That’s a shook looking subs bench
Starting 11 isn’t great no James on the bench either. KP used to do the DM role on his own, now it takes two.

Obviously no Raphinha so the goals need to come from the others, I know most on here are seeing me as too negative but if that starting 11 can avoid a relegation dog fight I’ll be amazed

KP has gone RIstac...<ok>
I know, it doesn’t change the fact we now use two DM players instead of one.

Raphinha has also gone so it’s interesting you didn’t pick up on that fact and the question of where the goals are going to come from, anyone would have thought you just had a blind hatred towards KP, surely not
