To answer the question about the bench...
From what I read a lot of the squad players including James played last night in a behind closed doors game.
regarding Costa and Poveda it's shop window time for them.

We’ll on top there. So far Cagliari are very poor too but can only beat what’s in front of us
Good first half, the new signings playing well along with Rodrigo. Koch looks much better at CB, Llorente still at bit flippy flappy at the back. Struijk doing well at LB, but we need to get a LB in and a ST. Lovely goal from Rodrigo and a nice pass from Kristiansen

Aaronson has looked very busy, Adams has been good, Struijk has had a good game at LB, not sure about Roca yet, Rodrigo started slowly but has got much better and Paddy getting up to speed.
We look sharper in the final 3rd.

Really liking the look of Koch, Roca and Adams. If Bamford can stay fit that’ll be massive. If Rodrigo can keep fit and confident he could be a good squad player. Struijk is not a left back and although we’re 3-0 up I think we need more creativity against premier league opposition as I don’t think we have much magic in the front 4 atm.
