I think this is one of the easiest championships recently. We had money and invested in the team. With a steady management and coach we must have had a decent top six chance. Why take the risk of a gung ho approach at all. The players have to be re educated in this system which doesn’t appear to working. We didn’t need to take this risk at all and it looks like back firing spectacularly.

He's in the states tossing it off, so I doubt there's much succession planning going on

I remember Arthur Cox who was Newcastle manager being interviewed after they had won away when some of the fans were chanting (can’t remember name of other manager) “ ****** out!”. Cox said to the interviewer with a big grin on his face that he couldn’t imagine Newcastle fans walking down the road demanding for him to be out.

If Wally was to go. Personally I'd much rather Schumacher than Robbins. He's had a bit of time away since his previous job but, Robbins would be coming here immediately after having a similar season to our Wally. It wouldn't make sense to me. We'd be moving sideways imo.
