None of the opposition managers could have complained if we had won any of the last 5 games, and yet we managed just 3 points. The players, like last season too, need to make clear cut chances and opportunities count, and we have messed up so many - Simmons could easily be on 4 or 5 goals already. But, at the same time we have leaked soft goals. That obviously needs to be rectified, and quickly, if Walter is to survive.

I would like him to be given more time, at least until Christmas, and I think he will be, so I just hope that the fans continue to get behind the team and manager - the fans were pretty good second half V WBA because we played well against a top team, same as games against Burnley and Sunderland. We could be just one game from turning this around! (I've always been an optimist!)

I wouldn't call WBA a "top team" anymore. 8 without a win, failed to score in 5 of their last 7 and scored only 1 in their other 2 ..... until they played us at our 'Fortress'. And it showed why. If I was being kind, I would call them bang average at best.

Bang average?

They’re 5th in table, only lost 2 all season and I wouldn’t be surprised to see them get promoted this season!

They're a top 6 team. What other definition of a top team is there?

I am not a fan of comments like our squad is too good to relegate etc.

Our squad was good, all players we bought was good, not now. Confidence can do wonders and lack of confidence can also do wonders, other way around. We are taking second route now, if things go on like this, our squad value will be half of September where transfer season end.

The difference being they were well organised, and well drilled, they are capable of grinding out results without ever looking ultra stylish doing it. The table doesn't lie I'm afraid, and as such we are we are on merit, namely near the bottom.

Before they played 'the gift that keeps on giving', they had taken 6 points out of 24!! Carry that on and it won't be long before they plummet. I saw nothing from them to suggest they will stay anywhere near top 6, in line with what the form table shows.
As said, they looked bang average to poor against us. I don't expect them to be anywhere near a 'top team'. TWT.

They played 2 and half days before our game
And they still picked the 3 points

It requires accurate, considered long passing though. We're not going to see a return to keepers just booting it as high as they can and hoping that it stays down the other end.

Strange, I was able to read for free. Basically just a neutral saying a lot of the stuff we're saying about Walter criticising the fans not working in his favour. Does raise the point that Acun showed his impatience by sacking LR, so it's hardly the fans fault for being impatient with Walter.
