I didn’t want Rosie sacked. I do want Tim sacked. I suspect it’s time for Acun to go too. It’s a shame. We had a **** owner who somehow made pretty good managerial appointments overall. Now we’ve got a basically well-meaning owner who’s made **** managerial decisions - with the exception of appointing Rosenior. One thing, I suspect Rosenior will not be feeling Schadenfreude because he was a thoroughly decent man, and an excellent fit for the club.

He achieved play off equivalent in both seasons. Beaten by now champions league Stuttgart in his last attempt who achieved it in the season that followed beating him

and the new hamburg manager doesnt look any better either

its all just short termism

chris wilder was seen as a genius, when he got sheff utd promoted and kept them up, he went to boro.. hes useless

But wasn't he budgeted for promotion? And had 2 cracks at it and then got sacked in his 3rd season for looking no where near at Xmas?

That's why it's folly to sack managers when you don't have to.

But if Acun wants to keep 20k bums on seats and not risk a scrap to stay in the league he has to make a decision this time.

He was wrong to sack Rosenior, but that's hindsight and it's the past.

This time though he's looking at devaluing his asset if he doesn't.

Momentum and competent boards play a huge factor. The best will rise to the top no matter what.

Didn’t he take Hamburg to a better position than their previous manager? They are at the moment lower than when he left. That little league he was in with Hamburg has 8 teams with stadiums twice the size of the MKM.,In fact all 8 are bigger than Sunderland’s. And full every week.

Walter could’ve done a good job if he was given the tools, the pile on is crazy. This is much more on the board for summer than it is Walter.

Twitter is an absolute horror show this evening
This...

With 1-2 competent strikers, we'd be well up towards the top of the table.

A new manager isn't going to get any of the forward players suddenly banging them in.

and i dont feel anything about these current city players, i liked millar, but hes gone all season
cba with them, most disconnected ive ever felt
i wont watch west brom game, want a break from it
Belloumi is the only one providing any enjoyment for me at the minute but if he carries in he’ll be in the premier league next season

But do they have waiting lists for season tickets?

If they are full every week they will do. Must be awful being in the second division playing in front of 50,000 and 60,000+ crowds every week. Wouldn’t want that.<laugh> Or being able to stand up, Hamburg have 10,000 safe standing in the home hand, with a beer. Must be awful.

well another benefit they have is, they get to live in hamburg and not hull.
