Someone with recent experience of taking a club down the league, not up. I bet the brain team are looking into this.

Could this constant baiting and bickering stop now? I think it ran its course some time ago didn’t it?

I think Silva is the best manager City have ever had, in terms of talent, tactics and understanding of the game. Bruce is the most successful but not a better manager than Silva.

I was told the same thing by a guy I work with who used to be on the media team at Coventry and still has some connections there.

Lincoln used to be pretty good, as it did have quite a strong German influence but I haven’t been for at least 10 years.

I’ve been to Rudesheim in the summer but not at Christmas, although you’re right it is a pretty place.

They scrapped it in 2022, bizarrely because it was too popular and they couldn’t cope with the 300,000 people that attended it.

As far as I remember, I’ve never been to a Christmas market.

I once went to one in Chester but as it was in November it was, technically, just a market.

    Aye
If you do a Christmas market properly it’s highly likely you wouldn’t be able to remember anything! <cheers>

    Both…

Actually I don’t mind Leeds too much in general, but their Christmas Market is garbage.

It’s split up with tiny bits all over the place round random corners. Very odd

I don't bother with Leeds city Centre these days except to catch the train to Hull, but when I did the christmas market was always concentrated in one square, but this was over five years ago pre covid. They must have changed it, like a lot of things in Leeds centre, to make it ****

Birmingham Christmas market has those ludicrous foot-long wursts. Or are they a metre long? They are utterly impractical, I know that much.

I always knew there had to be a down side to having a long sausage, just never knew what it was.

Ruud van Nistelrooy has applied for the vacant Coventry City managerial job after leaving his role as Manchester United assistant boss. (Talksport) wouldn't be a bad appointment for anyone

Just seen the Acun interview, interesting that he's making so many excuses for Walter that he never did for Rosenior, like bad refereeing. Surely Connolly and others getting injured due to bad unpunished fouls last season was as bad as what we've had this year especially as Connolly was flying before he got his head bashed in, on a far better level than the likes of Bedia
