It will be down to complete transfer market failure.

Last season was blown in January. Falling over the line for 4th was a shrug.. meh so what for me.

I said it at time and it was just a long slog after falling off title pace and losing poorly in cups.

One of the most important games of the season: spent the whole of last season almost exclusively on the top 4 and then missing the CL at the last hurdle is unthinkable.

No excuses.

What a weak squad. If this remains come 1st Sept, someone should be held accountable.

This should have been one of the biggest summers we've had which should help consolidate our position in top 4 and launch a title challenge.
