A lot of different sources (not media sources I should add) are saying AVB is 100% a done deal, as far as the club and AVB himself are concerned, and now it's just tying up the legal matters and terms of employment etc.

This article helped to sway me a little. I've always felt we should adopt a system and get players to fit the system instead of adopting to players as Harry does.
