You didn't go to Swansea away then? We tore Swansea apart at a place where they'd not dropped many points all season. Leaving the ground, amongst the Swansea fans their comments were very complimentary 'best team I've seen at the Liberty' and 'hope we don't meet them in the play offs' opposition fans are often a great gauge for how good a side you are, as generally positive moments aren't very forthcoming, and home teams don't like to be shown up by visiting teams.
No I didn't, if they played well, then fair play, but you have to be honest and say the bad football this season has far outweighed the good football. My point was if you didn't want McLeish because he plays poor football, you'd hardly look to Nigel Pearson as an alternative.
Whoever next? I hear Colin Todd, Terry Dolan and Iain Dowie are all looking to get back in to the managing side of football...
If the bad football far outweighed the good football, shouldn't we have finished near the relegation places?? Just a thought like.
See Percy is being as controversial as ever It's not so much you putting your opinion Percy, it's just that you seem confrontational when you make it and intent on reducing threads to a bit of a farce. I could see why Villa would want him for the reasons put forward in the article, but could see them wanting someone who has managed in the top flight, but wouldn't cost much. Perhaps someone like Chris Hughton? Can see NP staying, and i'm not ****ing deluded in putting my faith in a manager who has the potential to do well for us. Just because he hasn't got us playing like Barcelona doesn't mean one should write him off!
Thanks tigercity - I now see the error of my ways. **** him, he's not worth it. http://www.riversongs.com/egreetings/geek.html
I have never understood the whole arguing on the internet thing. Everyone is allowed an opinion, you don't HAVE to read it. There's the red x in top corner, alt f4 or control w! ... failing that, the back button You're spoilt for choice!
The only reason he comes on here is so he isn't sat talking to himself in his ****ty little room at Uni. I'm genuinely surprised he's got friends (or rather 'a friend').
"Insulting somebody for using a messageboard" WAS that the reason, Percival? Or are you reading too much into my statement? I think the latter.
Not as most fans use good football to mean entertaining. Who's football do you think was more enjoyable to watch this season, us or Blackpool?
You're free to disagree with everyone, they're equally free to call you a ****. You have an ignore function too, along with the ability to not log on. You continually degenerating threads with what you post is starting to irritate me.
Most true fans watch "their" teams football - good or bad, win or lose. Unless they were playing City, I wouldn't dream of watching Blackpool - hope you enjoy yourself.
