Indeed.

As I said, they’re not going to present their evidence to the media as it could compromise their challenge.

But I have heard enough to believe that a legal challenge is warranted. Anyone who states, with any attempt at authority that there is no evidence is also doing nothing more than making a claim.

As regards your allegations that there is no evidence of polling irregularities, on what basis do you say that with any conviction? Have you sat as a judge at the preliminary hearing that no one knows about, and hear legal arguments?

I suspect not. In which case, the wise thing to do is await the outcome of the legal challenge.

I've made no allegations ... but I have stated a fact ... no evidence was produced during the vote counting process ...

How would you know?

Guiliani claims that he has affidavits from 40 pollsters that there were serious irregularities.

They’re not going to present that evidence to the media before the court hearing as it would most definitely jeopardise their case.

For you to assert that there is no evidence is manifestly incorrect.

Are you being obtuse on purpose?

There is clearly evidence to put before the court. How strong that evidence is will be for the Supreme Court to determine.

To state that there is no evidence is so clearly wrong as to encourage me that you are wilfully yanking my chain.

There’s evidence that I am a relative of Tom Hardy, I just don’t know if it’s real. But it doesn’t matter, I tell people he’s my cousin.

I haven't stated that there's no evidence. I've said that he hasn't produced any.
You're claiming that there's clearly evidence to put before the court. You can't possibly know this, as you admit to not having seen any.

That evidence, so I understand, corroborates evidence already in the public arena of Biden’s corruption.

Anyway, what has that got to do with poll rigging in Pennsylvania and other States?

You need to read properly ... I said that no evidence had been produced, it hasn't ... and I'm afraid your 40 pollsters are going to get countered by the guys that were running the polling stations, many of whom will be Republicans... just pissing in the wind mate ... the death throws of an alph ego that has been dismantled and deposed ...
