Russians created all of the fake images and emails (one email chain of which has been corroborated by one of the people in the chain) and made their laptop appear to be Hunter Bidens, which would involve even planting DNA finger prints and all manner of jizz
Russians signed the form and dropped off the laptop
Russians then made the shop owner give Giuliani the copy of the harddisk
Russians made Hunter's previous lawyer to call up and ask for the laptop back
Russians made the FBI sit on a laptop they subpoenaed back in December 2019 to release it now

This was all Russia's doing.
