OK genuine answer, I have always considered myself to be influenced by policies and argument, without any particular political allegiance or swayed by propaganda. Yourself?
I'm pretty much apolitical. I don't have an allegiance to any particular party. I vote for the candidate not the party. If I was American I would vote Republican solely on the abortion issue. Republicans are against it, Democrats are in favour. As a practising Catholic it would be a vote of conscience. Take the abortion question out of it and I would be split between the two. I prefer the Democratic stance on universal healthcare and higher taxation for the rich, for instance. Tmi <laugh>

Good for you, no issue with that. I'm not American either so no option to vote even though I pay taxes there, but Democrat if I could mainly for healthcare, social responsibility, climate change and ability. I do not like liars and so it sort of rules Trump out.

If you don't like liars it sort of rules everyone out. You then pick the one that's most palatable.

Or indeed the one who's least most unpalatable, as the case may be. As Churchill said, democracy is the worst system of government in the world, apart from all the others.

Everyone likes to have a laugh at Trump and rightly so but there are a number of Biden gaffe compilations on YouTube that are hilarious. There are also several old ones in which he gives out information about his life story that isn't his life story at all, it's Neil Kinnock's. He uses word for word (from a speech) Kinnock's life story, about his father being a miner - Biden's father was a used car salesman - etc etc as if nobody could actually check it out. He's lifted both Kennedy brothers speeches and used them as his own and even had some plagiarised words written into congressional papers. He tells of having 4 degrees, finishing top in his law class at college (none of which is true, he has one degree and finished 74th out of a class of 82). You could say it's harmless and maybe it is but it also speaks to his honesty and integrity. I heard if he's elected his opening speech starts " I have a dream ......"

He also dodged the Vietnam draft ... think he is asthmatic ... although Trump managed it on 3 separate occasions with no tangible health issues ... first time was that he might develop a peanut allergy and Vietnamese food was rife with them, second was that the jungle humidity might play havoc with his wig glue ... and the last was that he was just the teensiest, weenseist bit scared ... :bandit:

They like a veteran running for office which makes it odd that the Democrats turned on Gabbard who seems a very smart woman who talks a lot of sense.

Jesse Jackson in Kenosha Winconsin, Trump is supposed to be there as well, this could get interesting!

Jesse Jackson said if Trump wins, we will become an isolated country, we will be poorer for it.

Shut up Comm, you're pissed again. You know this guy aint going to be around long, so you might as well pop off to bed now <ok>

Not cool.

Agree with most of your points here but this is an unwarranted low blow.

You did good mate, excellent practice run for October. I tend to use coke as an avoidance of beer or even spirits come to think about it. Like Archers said, it's the sweetness of it.

£2.10 a bottle or 2 for £3. Didn't hardly sleep like. I'm just using this month as a taster...
