Good idea, I should apply to be a social media regulator, that will go down well with @Archers Road <whistle>

I'd bin Starmer off in my first week, actually i'd probably bin every politician off.
It's their own platform though, not Social Media. The twat could start Trumper himself and he'd have millions of idiots lining up to join.
Edit: Why the **** did I put that suggestion out there? <doh> ****'s sake.

I haven't read the whole of the thread yet, so I'll apologise in advance if this had already been said or covered.

This is social media. It's a public forum.
This is regulated. You bloody regulate it! <laugh> So do I, to some extent.
When you banned Matth, for example, you didn't silence him or take away his freedom of speech.
He moved to other platforms. Trump has a press briefing room in his ****ing house!

Even somewhere like this place has rules that you can't break.
He did it on twatter for years and got away with it because of who he was.
They've banned tons of people before for far, far less. Why should he be immune to it?

Freedom of speech does not mean freedom from consequences from what you say.
Post porn on here and you'll get booted. That's not oppression.

Never follow Twitter much, so never saw Matth on there. What did he get away with? :bandit:

No more joint top, we're shaking you off our coat tails tonight <diva>

Get ready for Matth going full twatteroid. I'll be posting links later.

^^^^^^ this will not be coming baack to bite me on the arse later no siree. I'll still be posting Matth's twatter though - it'll be funny as fck either way tbf

Oh. 'Joint top'. When did that happen? Don't remember up being joint top with Spurs when we were level on ponts with them. Or Everton. In fact, any of the teams who've been top for two minutes this season. :emoticon-0143-smirk

This twat's been arrested:

He decided it would be a good idea to attend a riot that was being televised, while he was out on bail pending a drug dealing trial. <doh>

The US executed the only woman on death row yesterday, in Indiana ... not sure whether this comes down to Trump's last confused attempt to demonstrate that he is the President of Law and Order or whether it sits solely with the Supreme Court ...

No real argument that she was batshit mental... strangled a heavily pregnant woman, cut out her baby (then tried to claim it was her own) leaving the young woman to bleed to death.

Turns out she was abused by her own father as a kid and also traded to other men by him - defence argued she was not capable of rational thought at her trial.

Last minute appeal for a stay of execution on similar grounds was rejected.

Dead girl's family said she deserved death penalty for such an evil act, even if she was deranged. Can understand how they feel - but this is supposedly the world's most forward thinking, civilised, nation.

It a horrendous story both in her upbringing and the murder. She was so obviously mentally ill and didn’t justify the death penalty even by US standards. Whole thing is just grim.

I suppose another way of looking at it, is that the executed woman will be at peace now. Something those in the legal profession wouldn't understand, because they are probably so bloody god righteous they probably think she will go to hell. Whereas her hell was in the act that she commited and that which she bestowed on her victim. Keeping her a live might actually have been the greater punishment, retaining her hell, locked up inside until her dying day. When asked if she had anything to say, she said 'no' - which probably meant her soul was already dead and she really didn't care her life was about to cease.

Americans are always banging on, about how great America is, but I rarely see anything to support this theory.
