How ya doing Hilts? Don't boycott us or hit us with any other old cricketers! Agree with what you're saying but at some point there has to be a realisation that the managers own morale takes a beating at the club. Goodness knows what Bulut was promised at the start but regardless, he joins the group of disillusioned managers to leave the club. Yes, he has to go now but this sort of thing has to stop if we're ever going to move forward. That means fixing the problem further up the ladder.
Blaming the players is the same as saying the manager has no impact so basically a waste of time. Has he improved any players since the start of the season or have they got worse? Are we playing better compared to the start we made? Have results been better or worse recently? If you stop the fixation with Tan and concentrate on Bulut we may see some daylight here.
The Reading owner has offered Tan Reading and £100 million so he can take over at Cardiff and Tan can bank role Reading.
Not sure which one would be the worst swap: the (crassly suggested) scenario above or (as happened) losing Lyndon Jones, Tarki Micalef & John Lewis in exchange for Nigel Vaughan & Karl Elsey
I think sauce is a better spelling Clingo. He is absolutely full of it. That's a polite version of the word I would like to use.
According to Football League World (no link sorry) a local businessman (to Reading), Ben Francis, is in negotiations to buy Reading FC. So, which is more likely? That or jck's nonsense? Perhaps that was a jck attempt at humour? Very unlikely as he has shown no sense of humour previously.
I think you mean the players have done a good job, the manager stands on the side of the pitch.Anyone can select a starting 11 and make substitutions. It is the manager`s job to make sure the team is playing well, getting 100% effort from all the players and most of all winning games. If the team is not doing all this then the manager cannot be doing a good job.
By the way if at some point Tan does sell I do not want to hear one moan about the new owner. Reading can only dream about an owner like Tan. We won 1 out of the last 5 games, this is back to the Malky days when everyone was on his side against Tan. It is not about the results and the way we are playingg which it should be it is the easy way of blaming Tan for everything so the manager gets away scot free. Is 1 win in 5 good enough and is the way we are defending deep good enough? That is the only question that should be asked and the manager alone is to blame.
If Tan decides to sell up and buy Reading instead, will you then please join the Reading forum and spare us your drivel.
It's a WUM and will continue the drivel while we keep reacting to it. And yes, I'm as guilty as anyone.
Dalman has come out in support of Bulut. One thing he can`t defend is the results. "2nd game of the season set up to sit back and defend lost 2-0 Middlesbrough set up to defend lost 3-0 Leicester set up to defend lost 2-0 Leeds set up to defend lost 3-0 Plymouth set up to defend lost 3-1. That is how the manager wants to play so you must think he is the best manager ever. Defend those results because to me we have a lunatic in charge. .
