I would, but it opens up a whole debate really....just look at the guy who's just been released after spending 17 years for a rape he didn't commit....it has to be 1000% nailed on if you're going to re-introduce death penalty, but I don't see it happening
Agree it’s a difficult one. I’m like you….if it’s a nailed on, no doubt offender who is absolutely guilty..like Robert Black or Sidney Cook for example….I’d gladly tie the rope myself
