I didn't slag Twitter, I slagged the idiots who comprise a large proportion of the users of Twitter. Said idiots are in abundance everywhere...Twitter merely gives them a means to be visible.

I know it's getting a bit off topic, but I run a promotions business and Twitter is incredibly useful as a business tool as it happens. But yes, the other meaning of tool is also very prevalent on it too......

I agree it can be used for such as your business etc. But far to many use it as a means of one uping each other.
