He is an extremely dangerous narcissist Daz, it’s frightening that not one of our leaders have got the bottle to tell him to wind his neck in.
Trump attacks UN in an hour long rant (he was meant to speak for only 15 minutes). He claims to have resolved 7 wars and nato need to support Ukraine to take all of their land back, but he doesn't want countries to recognise Palestine. Also, stuff climate change. Immigration to Europe needs to be tackled as they are all illegal aliens.
The rumour is of course is that he has been treated for tertiary syphilis!
More likely dementia from a stroke. Look at his face. It's changed and declined a lot since the election last year. The right side seems to drop and looks partially frozen. The bruising on the backs of his hands now getting covered up with makeup. To me, he's had at least one, possibly more, minor strokes. The bruising from cannula put in the back of his hands as recovery treatments.
When you add in stuff that was said when he was last President, such as his "fear of stairs" or the video of him drinking from a glass of water with both hands like a toddler using a sippy cup, I think we're looking at a bloke with a history of poor health, possibly strokes or other neurological issues that have accelerated in the last year leading to dementia. The Dementia is taking away some of his inhibitions gradually, making him come out with more and more outlandish and nonsensical stuff, but also the stuff he genuinely believes is right, including his racism and prejudice. As a narcissistic bully surrounded by people who owe him something major, though, no one will stand up to him. He's unpredictable and dangerous because of it, so other leaders are trying to humour him and play him to get something out of him because while he's in office he's capable of doing something extreme and dangerous to other countries.

Considering they managed to hide Reagan's dementia for all of his second term and if rumours are right the back chunk of his first term, there no reason now why they aren't hiding Trump having dementia and him having had it for a long time.
