So you’re Dad was right then. After that length of time you should have been able to “run it off”. Unless of course you were a hypochondriac.

That is genuinely what he told me to do!!

You have never seen anyone look as smug as I did when the doc was explaining about the loose bit of bone in my knee and why it caused pain. I was just grinning at my dad who was looking more and more sheepish the longer the doc talked <laugh>
