    I thought we'd be showing particular interest in the January window with a new owner on board, so let the mad hatter season begin, from rumours to the damn right crazy.

    I'll start us off...

    Boom....

    Exeter City can confirm that
    @timdieng8
    has signed for
    @TheGillsFC
    for an undisclosed fee after his release clause was triggered. Tim leaves St James Park with our thanks for what he achieved in red and white and best wishes for his future career.

    Gillingham owner is not messing about. Timothee Dieng from Exeter is a statement of intent - he’s played in 17 of Exeters 25 games this season and was a key player to the promotion last season. Excellent signing for the Gills and it could be time for them to kick on now

    Speaking about the departure of Tim, Manager Gary Caldwell said: "The transfer was out of our control. We didn't want Tim to leave, but Gillingham activated a release clause that was already in Tim's contract, meaning that ultimately it was Tim's decision to leave the club."

    That sounds like good marketing, especially for younger fans. Hope you get a good turn out.

    The club said half hour ago, that the game has now sold out, excellent. They will now be looking to see if they can open other stands, so that will be the upper tier of the Medway Stand, and probably at a guess the away stand, that crawley will probably only partially need.

    Capacity is supposed to be over 11000 but part of Brian Moore away stand is out of use. I would expect about 9000

    We had about 8500 against Leicester which was supposed to have been a sell out last week

    9k ish, restrictions as gio said, I believe there are safety restrictions, so we can't have what we would know as full capacity.

    At least we aint got Brimingham's problem at St Andrews, where asbestos damage was found beneath the stadium, I dread to think what that is costing to put right.
