No SPL club will pay him anything like £6,000 a week, which is somehow what he is “earning” with us. We will end up loaning him but having to pick up 75% of his wages.
If we end up paying that percentage of his wages we’d be better off keeping him and slinging him on when things get desperate, very desperate that is!

He has not even been given a squad number so zero chance of him playing. The same with Lucas Ness. Both will be off before the window closes. Fraser has been a major disappointment.

Fraser hasn’t got a squad number.

In the old days, an old school manager would have stuck him in the reserves all season. He can pick up his 6 grand a week, but work for it.

We all know the end game here, he wants to move back to Dundee and play for them, but he still wants his £6,000 a week.

Tragic carry on when we’re tight for dough. He has been a big disappointment for sure. So are those who brought him in and paid him ridiculous wages.

Fraser & Aneke, along with Charlie Kirk.

That’s over £20,000 a week in wages spaffed up the wall for nowt.

No wonder our “transfer activity” has come to a halt 4 weeks too soon. It was noticeable that Nathan Jones spoke about improving the players we have got at the weekend, no mention of buying anyone new.

Any ideas on the Leaburn situation? Has he been offered a contract extension? If he gets back to pace are we lined up to sell him in January?

Leaburn, I believe, has joined up with the squad today. I think he will be back in a couple of weeks. I don’t think he will be going anywhere in January. I don’t know about the contract situation.

I thought he was on target for a return in October.

He has used the year’s absence to bulk up, according to Nathan Jones.

If we don’t challenge for promotion he is the SMT’s Get Out Of Jail For Free card in January.

He is ahead of schedule but they are being very careful with him.

If he is only contracted to summer you'd think he's been tapped up. We'd get a better price for him if he was on a longer contract. Surely the SMT know that??

Fortunately this brilliant SMT has no track record of allowing our best players to run down their contracts.

Alex Mighten is leaving [HASHTAG]#nffc[/HASHTAG] ✅

Genk, Charlton Athletic, Royal Antwerp, Mallorca, MK Dons all interested in signing the winger. ✍️

The silence on new signings is deafening. So at least 2 players before the end of the window with the option of a few loan players once teams higher up the pyramid have concluded their business?

You've already signed quite a few, so a bit of patience maybe?

I am not being impatient. But we are still carrying players like Fraser who says he wants to return to Scotland but seems to not want to take a pay cut. As Charlton supporters you have to be patient.

My son was at a Hearts game last season. Fraser came on as a very late substitute and was not well received by the Hearts fans.
