Gerrard to decide on Archer's whereabouts this season in the coming days. I'll fall off my seat if we get him on loan, personally think he'll be around their first team this season
He'll have a two week induction learning how to roll around the floor and howl in agony at random intervals for no specific reason.

Patient until the end of the window, to see who's left that no one else has taken on loan is what he means. Its obvious we aren't gonna spend a penny and are trying to shift out 6 players, 1 of whom absolutely no one on the planet wants. Unfortunately he's our back up left back so pray that Paal is made of titanium !

We seem to be looking at Dujon Sterling on loan from Chelsea ...a RB. I assume instead of Macnamara.
Also looking at a Villa striker ( we apparently never considering Parrott (stated by WLS)

Hamaleinam (sp?). Finland National Team Managements at different levels, including their Ist Teams from 2019, plus the US Under 23's, and Clubs including ours, Kilmarnocks and ones in the US and Brazil seem to have, briefly at any rate, got the hots for him. So someone else may take him again. Hopefully. I don't think he's that bad but regardless I think we need better back up for Paal.

Worryingly it doesn't say Archer ! Which probably means Davis , who was on loan at Forest last season and is the only player in Europe they haven't currently bid for lol.

There simply aren't 20 goals a season strikers around that fit our budget.

Exactly this. If we did manage to unearth one then we wouldn't have him for very long!
But yet again, that wasn't the question ! The question was who could Col see us getting upfront, which again was avoided with the dexterity of a Tory politician. Our budget this window has been £0, which is pretty much a joke. We have made 2 derisory offers for Mcnamara which were clearly not gonna be accepted, so we should've moved on earlier and found a right back on loan such as the Chelsea kid. We have 2 strikers who we know aren't good enough at this level and Armstrong who's untried. Good strikers get you out of this league, simple, until we address this matter once and for all then we don't realistically stand a chance of getting back to the Premier League. We are obviously waiting to take a Premier league striker on loan, but the queue for them will be long and not too sure on the quality of those that will be made available, I can't see Villa letting Archer go out so we could end up with someone like Balagun who didn't impress at Boro last season.
