Fitness issues the only worries now, praying that Roberts and Richards don't turn out to be sick notes like a few of the recent loans have. Worried about how often Amos is injured , it appears that he's going to be one of those unfortunate players who picks up injuries for fun. Shame
 
Well Beale didn't appoint himself. On the signings though, of course Beale would be heavily involved but the DoF has to make them happen.

Also, Ferdinand always seems to get blamed for poor signings.

Fair enough. It looks like Ferdinand did well with Beale. Hopefully they'll form a creative partnership.

I think that remains to be seen. Whilst I am pleased that he is bringing in young, hungry players let us not forget we have yet to see him manage a competitive game. Can he get his tactics right, substitutions right, change tactics in the midst of a game if needs be. There have been many examples of people who were great assistants but not top dog.

Agree, a good example is Paul Clement he had far more success as an assistant.
