Sheffield Wednesday have let go of quite a few of their top players. Adam Reach would be top of my list and Westwood might not be a bad shout.

No chance. It's been the same team there for 15 years now and they will continue to do what they have done up to now, yo yo'd between the Championship and League One.

Not sure how you can knock Posh. They're deservedly ahead of both our teams in the football pyramid. It sounds like you have a bad case of sour grapes.

I can't believe any players would choose Ipswich over Peterborough, at the moment. What incentive would they have to do that?

Sour grapes about what?

As a player would you prefer to join a massive club with a proud history, fantastic ground and facilities, new owners and investment or a tin pot club with Groundhog Day staff that have never been in the top flight and will fart around in the Championship for a year or two before being relegated again?

I don't get the Downes situation, he's probably our best player, is young and have proven he's a very good player at this level. He's really our biggest asset. There must be something mentally not right, perhaps he wants out. Which is a shame, I feel a club he goes to we may well overtake them at some point, he'd do well to stick with it here a bit longer

Whoever scouts their striker targets should be well scouted
 
Not bothered about Downes at all.

He's put in a transfer request before and hasn't shown the desire to join Cook's revolution so it's better that we part ways.

One of those who, in another era with proper nurturing, could have been a talent. I don’t blame him for wanting away in the past. Hopefully those days are over now and the club can push on.

Won’t be losing sleep over any outgoings.
