yup.

rememebr the current has gone the wrong way for us too it was nearly 70p to the euro bitcoin its now 75. that 5% swing is real buttons.

24.5million for a guy is a lot but this is about demand and supply. if this guy has another suitor fine... cheslea... and they are in in january fine. if they are not and shaktar are willing to wait for this summer auction.. again fine.

LFC have to negotiate and see where they can get to.

we all know however ayre's policy is here's 5p.. oh you want 5mil.. ok here's 7mil... shaktar know it too.

the fact that this was leaked suggests his agent wants cheslea to come in and up the bid to make even more dosh.
 
And hold on. From what i read they value him currently at 28 million and have only said were he to stay until summer and continue on form he'd THEN be worth 38m.

So we will offer the maximum of 24m right? <doh>

One thing you have to say about Chelsea is if the player doesn't make an impact they sure shift them on quick and recoup as much money as possible (sometimes making profit).

Compare that to us and how long do we hold onto our players if they don't make it? Often keeping them around for a while before loaning them out a few times and then losing them for peanuts (Coates/Borini/Balotelli?)
 
If Swansea want Allen then the following should apply

Swansea paid £5 million for Shelvey and sold for £12 million so 140% profit
We paid £15 million for Allen, so should sell him at the same profit making that £36 million please Swansea

After all when we got him he was just the Welsh Xavi
We have worked on him and now he is the Welsh Pirlo as well

All joking aside, shouldn't be looking to move him on. He's a god squad option, young and works hard, good pressing and if he can add goals to his game (even 5 a season) offers more than most of rest of our midfield.

Is this is true, which I do have my doubts about, then I hope we just pay it, what's an extra £5.5m to us?

However like Biscan says, why the sudden change in price? Sounds like bs to me.

I don't think so, i've read several different sums throughout the day. I would assume we try to make up the difference with addons
 
As for as Marko is concerned, I agree, surely with the policy Klopp has exhibited so far, he will return at least for next preseason for him to take a look at before making any decision on his future
