One thing you have to say about Chelsea is if the player doesn't make an impact they sure shift them on quick and recoup as much money as possible (sometimes making profit). Compare that to us and how long do we hold onto our players if they don't make it? Often keeping them around for a while before loaning them out a few times and then losing them for peanuts (Coates/Borini/Balotelli?)

All joking aside, shouldn't be looking to move him on. He's a god squad option, young and works hard, good pressing and if he can add goals to his game (even 5 a season) offers more than most of rest of our midfield.
