But we've done this before and then Chelsea (Mkhtiryan however it's spelled), Arsenal (Sanchez), others i'm forgetting just come in and give them the owning club's valuation anyway instead of bullshitting around low-balling and going up incrementally. For some players yeah haggle but for a talent as this guy seem to be / could be. Just ****ing buy him and stop pissing about.

I know we've lost out in the past but they don't have a tag round their neck with a barcode and price and then we offer half - I'd say in this case 24.5 million quid for a bloke who has spent 5 years in Ukraine is a good offer!!
