JUVENTUS REJECT LIVERPOOL'S MORATA BID

Juventus have turned down a €60m offer from Liverpool for striker Alvaro Morata, according to reports in Gazzetta dello Sport.

However, the Italian sports daily also says the Serie A champions could decide to sell the Spain international this summer and use the money from his exit to lure PSG forward Edinson Cavani to Turin.

And it is also believed that Spurs have enquired about the player's availability.

If true, that's a lot of Money out of nowhere for a player with 8 league goals this season. I'm not believing this one yet.

Damn, I wish I was old school like you guys - watching nothing but MOTD, join EDL, disregard those pesky foreigners.

Bit of a leap there like...

Not quite sure how you make the correlation between thinking Markovic is beans and the EDL.....

Ajax attacker Anwar El Ghazi is also reported to be on the way to Merseyside.

The Daily Telegraph have claimed Jurgen Klopp is keen on signing the Dutchman, who idolises Real Madrid star Cristiano Ronaldo.

Although the forward may be too lightweight for the Premier League, he was named Ajax's 2015 Talent of the Year and could well be worth a punt in January or the summer.

One player linked to a move away from Anfield in January was Welshman Joe Allen - but the midfielder is wanted on Merseyside for the rest of the season claim the Daily Star.

Klopp is apparently willing to stick by the Wales international until the summer when he will be allowed to leave.

Swansea are said to be in for their former linchpin and £8m is the figure being touted by news outlets, despite arriving at the Reds for £15m.

Lightweight: El Ghazi's size could prevent his move to the Premier League
Ajax striker Anwar El Ghazi could to be on his way to Liverpool, report the Daily Telegraph.

Manager Jurgen Klopp is believed to be keen on the Dutchman, who was named Ajax's Talent of the Year in 2015.

However, El Ghazi has been considered as being a little lightweight for the Premier League and that could put off officials from pushing through the deal.

It is believed that Liverpool will have to beat off competition from AC Milan to secure his signature.

On the move: Ayew appears to be heading out of Swansea already
Liverpool are considering a move for Swansea front man Andre Ayew, according to L'Equipe.

The French report says that the Reds will challenge Sunderland for the signature of the Ghanaian, who could be on his way out of the Liberty Stadium in the near future.

The 26-year-old only joined Swansea in the summer.

Sunderland have had a £10million bid turned down for Ayew but are believed to be ready to return with an offer of around £14million.

Anfield bound: Tello could be a surprise addition to the Liverpool line-up
Liverpool could make a move for Cristian Tello, according to Tuttomercatoweb.

The Barcelona forward, who is currently on loan at Porto, is reportedly poised to sign for Fiorentina in an €8million loan-then-buy deal.

But the deal could now be in question after Liverpool allegedly joined the race for his signature.

It is thought that Barcelona would want a buy-back clause in any deal that goes through.

Red rebel: Sinclair has turned down another contract offer from Liverpool
Liverpool whizz kid Jerome Sinclair is poised to join Watford, write Mirror Football.

Sinclair, 19, is out of contract at the end of the season, negotiations have stalled and Liverpool are ready to cash in now.
Dutch club Groningen, Espanyol and Manchester City have kept tabs on the situation.

But Watford have emerged as front runners and they do not want to wait until the summer when Sinclair will be a free agent.

Liverpool will only be due compensation in the summer but Watford are willing to pay a fee now rather than risk missing out.

El Ghazi was also mentioned back in October. Recycled News or one that won't go away?

New manager syndrome may not have helped Liverpool to an immediate return to winning ways but it has upped their game in the speculation stakes. Jürgen Klopp’s January shopping list includes Ajax wingman Anwar El Ghazi – the Reds will face competition from Atlético Madrid for the 20-year-old Dutch international.

Talented player but he's not played in the PL so we should write him off already.
