yes he should get in but he may find the jump to prem hard to make mid season... he may fly... who knows
I'll watch with interest.
I asked about him on the Leeds board last week and the feedback was largely poor, they said Warnock had broken him and he was a ****e defender, might have been bitterness like.

yes actually.. the one where we "earned" a penalty late and badontelly demanded to take it (rightly) the one where ibe got a stupid tackle tout of aplayer late on
then the one where besiktas beat us 1-0 at their place and lovern missed the pen.
In short they set out to defend and easily dealt with our lot... ok so we wer and stil lare totally ****e but still.
YOu can see the same solidity in the prem where west ham's counter attack style suits the league to the ground.
The one where we won the first leg 1-0, should have put the tie to bed in the first half of the second leg with several chances that weren't taken before Besiktas then took control after the break? The one where they won on penalties having not led at any stage of the match before that?
It was an even tie overall. You can claim that Bilic got the better of Rodgers in the end - after all, Liverpool had no real answers toward the end of the second leg - but absolutely destroyed is going much too far.
Markovic in the dark over the future
Lazar Markovic has admitted he’s in the dark about his future at Anfield.
The Serbian winger is currently concentrating on winning a championship with Fenerbahce, where he is on loan, but he says he’s not sure about what the future holds for him.
“I’m trying to do my best. I came here for the championship”, he told Lig TV.
“Currently I am focused on that goal.
What happens at the end of the season, we will see.
I’m not sure everyone agrees, but, for me, there’s something in Markovic, and I’d like to see him given the chance to make the grade at Anfield. What do you think?

According to Goal.com, so it must be true, he's become a key player for them, albeit with no goals and two assists.

Yeah, the last bit is what I quoted. "Developed the Turkish giants for performers" is perhaps a better Translation than "become a key player for them".

I dunno... some guys seem to sulk, some seem to keep laughing and look like they don't take it seriously.
I don't know where this lads sits. he seemed un happy to me and didn't do well preseason .I think rodgers shafted him on euopa squad and shoved him out but in the end... he's not really a winger is he?

The good thing is that, from the sounds of it, he is at least actually getting games and performing (if not getting goals). That should hopefully be doing at least something for his development. If he continues to perform then we talk to him at the end of the season and either he stays here to continue that or we sell him for a hopefully decent price.

As we only had 21 slots not 25. and markoivc, a 20million player was not eligible for the b list as he was not at club for 2 years and neither was origi.....
If we'd kept ward he coudl have played in bogdan's slot.

Watched a few of his games and he's performed well.
