Thank God! !!!!
Now that city are in we can move on other targets.
Hopefully the real Madrid Russian link is wrong.

For the price quoted for the Russian, I'd rather we actually went for Pedro instead.
indeed but i can't see why the F we'd want yeat an other player like him when a stiekr has to be firs tpriority.

Can't see us just meeting the clause for benteke once we sell sterling, we could afford it without the sterling money, so just because we have more don't think we will.

Yeah,Raheem's return to Anfield will be interesting. I agree, get Sakho to chew him up and spit him outThe little scrote is likely to get £200k per week. I really hope he struggles to get much playing time, or Sakho pulls an Agger on him.

It has been widely publicised that any striker deal (Benteke) is independent of Sterling's departure.
But why? We can afford it now so if we want him just pay it

No way would we fork out £29 mil on Firmino and £32.5mil on Benteke without cashing in on a major deal. We have the money yes, but our owners aren't complete idiots - for them it's a business. It's not a part-time hobby like Roman and the Arabs at City.
If we kept an unhappy Sterling and spent 60mil on 2 players - that's a big hit, no matter how rich you are. Also Clyne etc. to take into account - I know we just got rid of some big wage packets, but that's still crazy money, from a business point of view. The main factor in all this is getting rid of an unhappy player, if we don't we're ****ed.
It will all be a tumble effect, once Sterling goes we'll see movement within a few days.
