yeah i knowIt’s a fake account

Elon Musk will be made up with him; he's his biggest customer.
He just needs to learn how to distinguish the real accounts from the fakes.

yeah i know
it was a general point as he consumes far too much for anyones good![]()

Have my reservations too: he's no better than Konate (probably not as fast), and we're supposedly paying him £200k a week - what we wouldn't pay Ibou. But he's HG and less injury-prone, tbf. Presumably, this means Ibou is going in this window and we've got another CB from around Europe or the lower leagues lined up as well.
Edit - Yeah, I now know that's a fake Romano account.![]()
I knowChrist's sake - I said it was a fake before anyone else did!![]()

Last season he definitely looked committed to meHappy to let Diaz go, think his head was turned a while back only want committed players in the squad.
Nunez, I'd except a blow on a ragman's trumpet just to get him off the wage bill.
Liverpool are willing to let Harvey Elliott leave at a right price.
Bayern CEO Karl–Heinz Rummenigge on players complaining about the packed football calendar: “I get why they’re frustrated — but players and their agents have played a part in this. By constantly demanding higher wages, they’ve pushed clubs to chase bigger revenues. And where does that money come from? More matches. That’s why I believe it’s time for everyone involved to come together and have a calm, rational conversation about how we can bring the game — and the business behind it — back to more balanced and sensible times
Does he have a point?
Always been split on players moaning. 99% of population pay to go and play a game of football for fun each week. These people are being paid to do something we all wish we could do so can’t complain. However, on other hand for 30 years they have to live their life in strict way, missing out on a lot of stuff during teenage years with no guarantee that will make it.
Now being asked to play for about 10 months of the year with limited breaks…
However think he makes a valid point. Football has got itself into a vicious circle. Clubs want the best players and to do that have to pay big wages, how can they afford those wages? Only by playing more and more games and new tournaments or pre/post season tours.
Rodri was moaning last year about number of games contributing to injuries but do wonder if any point during contract negotiations he said I’ll happily take a lower wage if I’m allowed X number of games off and time off a season? It seems like it’s past the point of no return though as salaries aren’t going down and only way clubs can continue to afford to pay those top wages is to make more money….
I agree with this in principle, but as a fan I don't want the players of the club I support to be pushed to the point where they can't give themselves to the competitions that I think are important because they are being worn out in yet another money-spinner.Does he have a point: Yes and no. Yes players earn way too much and it's a bit crazy. That said, I don't at all blame players for getting the best deal they can.
That said, clubs aren't pursuing more revenue because players want higher wages... Clubs would be pursuing more revenue regardless. Clubs being able to pay higher wages is a SYMPTOM of them being richer... I don't think he wants to hear that clubs make too much money though.
All in all though, I don't feel bad at how hard the players have to be pushed. It's a job they chose and for each professional footballer out there there are a thousand people who would love to trade jobs with them.

He was the player of the last tournament. That raises his valuation.£40m is the reported price. Given his U21 showing, that seems low now.
