Guys doing everything he possibly can to paper over the fact that he’s outspent nearly every club since he joined Arsenal and won an fa cup in his first season against a Chelsea team managed by Lampard (who has failed at every club he’s been at). Otherwise he’s failed in absolutely everything and been outdone by ten Haag in a **** United team

No, we won't want to go and unsettle the squad in January. We'll use our 'war chest' in the summer, or we'll buy another Chiesa or Arthur instead when we decide that he doesn't match the data profile of what we are looking for. But the next summer after that - oh, boy, that is when we're cracking open that war chest, you wait and see. <rofl>

Just don’t understand all the fsg out people. They’re prob the same ones that would love Elon musk to take over though.

Fsg let lfc just crack on with things while keeping us self sufficient. They aren’t spending money we don’t have and selling off parts of the club like Chelsea. They aren’t coming in and cancelling bonuses for staff and charities like United. There are far worse owners

I do agree with you on the whole. I am a little unnerved that we are potentially losing 2 key parts of our spine and there is no movement to either sign them or get some sort of replacements in.

also a bit worrying we haven’t bought another midfield player given we wanted one in the summer.

Welcome back. He has never beaten us as Everton manager. We have to play Everton twice in the league in 2025.

Fsst. They're not as bad as the Glazers or Tod Bhuely (sp). They're not as bad as H&G either. Er... that's it. "It could be worse".

Don't worry though - there'll be another 'war chest' next summer according to their placelings in the media. Or maybe the summer after that... :emoticon-0138-think

Anyone in their early 20’s won’t recall the mess we were in before FSG. They just see all of the other big clubs throwing money about every window, while we do so only occasionally. It probably is time for FSG to sell imo, they’ve made their money.
