Don't bet on it.So Chelsea apparently interested in signing Ivan Toney now.
least that one would make senseSo Chelsea apparently interested in signing Ivan Toney now.
Toney probably has.Don't bet on it.
So...Klopp said he wasn't good enough to start anymore, Hendo threw a hissy and left?

Jadon Sancho will probably be cheap in the January window.
Obviously not set the world on fire at United, but he was one of the bright sparks of England's future a few years ago and I remember a few murmers from Liverpool fans wanting him before he went to the dark side.
Anyone still take him? Anyone think Klopp could bring the best out of him and return him to how he was progressing at Dortmund before United ruined him?
We're short on home grown... or do you see him as too tainted now? Not that he is close to being a Salah replacement.![]()
It was Hendo's recent interview that was the issue.Honestly, it might be more fair to Hendo to say, when he was offered more money, and a chance to keep playing regularly, he took the opportunity to extend his career.
It wasn't necessarily in a hissy fit that he left.
Apparently bad trainer and discipline so hard pass on that one.
Anyway, the criticism he got was less about the journey and more the destination.
.
That's if you believe ten Hag.Apparently bad trainer and discipline so hard pass on that one.
That's if you believe ten Hag.
Tbh I've not seen all that much to impress me from Sancho. Maybe Klopp could get more out of him but I'm a bit meh about it. I certainly wouldn't want us to be paying daft money - either for him or to him.

If you watch the whole clip about what he said regarding Henderson, Klopp said (paraphrasing) that he can't guarantee anyone 50 games or whatever. If they are fit and performing, then they can play that amount of games but no player is guaranteed to play them all and that included Henderson. If there was such a guarantee, he wouldn't have left, 100%.Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp on Jordan Henderson's interview: "I read it after I heard about it. Hendo told the truth, we talked and I told him there was a possibility of not playing regularly. If Hendo would have performed, he'd have played. I thought it was important to talk openly. Hendo is a super guy but he is not great when he is not playing.
"He was my captain. I didn't want to lock horns because he thought he would be starting. He took that to mean we didn't want him here. I couldn't tell him he would start and that is why it is better that he moved on."
