He don't throw players under the bus mate, he's just honest about what he sees.
Sancho has been **** and if he want's a fight he's picked the wrong man. People of a lot higher standing than Sancho have been ****ed off with no ceremony, just see Ronaldo for details.
The dressing room doesn't seem to be a happy place though.
Ten Hag is a disciplinarian - so was Fergie, but he was a force of nature who despite falling out with people l, r and c still managed to stay on top. I don't see Erik matching him somehow.
The other advantage Fergie had was that having got Utd to the top, everyone wanted to play for them so it didn't matter who he ****ed off there would always be a ready supply of willing replacements.
Reputations don't die overnight, but it's a decade now since Man U were serious challengers, and with them no longer being the biggest spenders around, nor the biggest attraction, it might be wise not to gain a reputation for pissing people off.

When Gala send them to Europa, Ten Hag days will be over. Nov 29, mark my words.

Or it might be an indication to serious players that we won't suffer fools/slackers easily.

Maybe, but I'd rather see a happy group of players at my club rather than them being fearful of a roasting.
I think a manager benefits from a good relationship with his players - not too soft, they need to remember who's boss, but they need to be able to trust him as well.
Got to remember many of them are young men, some little more than kids, and need careful management. They'll play better if they're enjoying themselves.

And if you have a bad apple?
Ronaldo was ****ed off and the same will happen with Sancho if he doesn't conform to the group think.
The rest of the players seem quite happy with things as they stand.
