its simply not their sport.

exactly the same as the races in f1 gone to region. they are dull and boring and they pay to be the first and last race but nobody cares until it rolls into Europe.

the reality check here is the people going in won't care much which star is in this week.

Ronaldo is making that much he doesn't care right now but his image rights are gone. nobody is paying any attention.

There are plenty of reasons it wont be this......
1) Its a country that is despised throughout the world
2) Non Muslims will balk at it, perhaps wrongfully so, because I have been told they are quite welcoming of foreigners, provided you have a lot of money and follow their rules but most people are ignorant or stuck in their ways.
3) Its a flash in the pan and 90% of its players are at Sunday league level
4) Its too hot over there to play football outside.
5) Stop being queer :)

It's not been on there for a while.

I'm pretty sure he wants to move back to Spain at some point. Makes sense to keep him for another year and then let him leave on a free.

Now that we have more bodies in midfield, we can hopefully manage his minutes a lot better plus he brings a lot of quality and experience.

Reports are the Barca will come back for him next summer on a free.
He's a Homegrown for them.

Either way he'll be gone next summer when his contract runs out. Andre will be his replacement in the 2nd half of the season.

he's likey to be crocked anyway and honestly he won't work in this formation unless the team is willing to push the line really high.
 
Apparently holding talks with amrabat now.

Other than a few decent appearances at WC know nothing of him. Can’t say was preferred target. 26 so ready made for the now.

also apparently making a bid for Wataru Endo. 30 year old Japanese DM from Sturrgart… yup never heard of him either.

Nee DOF signing that if ever seen one.

We've been clearing out most of our older players and targeting younger longer terms projects, why are we buying someone who would be short term.

Amrabat.. dunno maybe. 26 so its sort of inbetween, you'd get what 4-6ish years before needing a replacement if he worked out. If he was around the reported £30m then I suppose he would be an acceptable risk. But then why not go for the lad at PSV who is a year younger and has a release clause similar.
That would allow for other buys this window, a RB or CB perhaps.

If we were to go for a Doucoure or Florentino Luis, that would probably £70m+ for either, but both are 23 and perhaps could be top quality in a few years.
Of course this would leave less to strengthen other areas.
