Turan is 59 tbf. What I find odd is, I don't think I've seen a news article linking us to Arda Turan in this transfer window.
This is like that first transfer window we weren't linked to Robben, or Figo. Monumental in it's silence.
I wonder who will be the next footballer that we are linked with every transfer window for three or four years now that Turan is no longer that man.
Turan is 59 tbf.
Yeah.....the unfit oneSo you're saying he could be Milner's long lost twin?
**** them. we don't care. we just hoover up any kids going spare.Big signing in 16 year old Bobby Clark from Newcastle. Meant to be highly regarded but no idea. Newcastle guys seem bit peed off by it.
Liverpool have reportedly made contact over a move for Brighton midfielder Yves Bissouma.
The 24-year-old shone for the Seagulls last term and has been strongly linked with a move away from Brighton before the end of the transfer window.
Shedding light on the situation, sports journalist Duncan Castles told the Transfer Window Podcast: “My information is that there are inquiries from Liverpool, Manchester United and Arsenal as to how much it would cost to sign [Bissouma].
“Now he has improved significantly during his time at Brighton and what is quite important here is that his statistics are exceptionally good…
“You can see why his game would fit Liverpool’s set up under Klopp.”

Bissouma will leave. Guy is top 4 quality IMO, can do everything from midfield. Proper box to box.
Might not be this window though, after selling white Brighton don’t need the money and getting late in the window. If Brighton safe in Jan then might be an option otherwise he’ll be off next summer.
It's really a kick in the teeth cos brighton have more chance of rescuing everyone from Kabul airport than replacing bissouma in the same available timeframe.
I believe the have a player in the wings but they aitn as good no way.
They signed caicedo last summer who is meant to be a decent player. Similar sort of mould but remains to be seen how he progresses.
Midfielder got from salzberg meant to be alright, mwepu.
tbh Brighton jist need a decent forward to finish the chances created. Maupay is massively hit and miss, weirdly was being linked to Everton.

Not really. They've failed to force Spurs lower their price for Kane and they know they'll need a focal point striker in games, ie against Spurs, can't play Norwich every week where every player is allowed to shoot.Ronaldo off to city then. Proper strange one that

Aguero had always said he wanted to leave at the end of his contract, tbh I thought he'd head home as he's hinted at before, plus he's become injury prone. So City were never keeping hold.
Jesus is inconsistent and not a great goal scorer, Haaland is priced out this summer.
Ronaldo will be a 2 year deal, this with City and it maybe that he does the 2nd in America "on loan" with New York (like Lampard). City will try for Haaland next summer.
Kane is over, stuck at Spurs forever.
Plus Pep is done at the end of next season, what does he care about the future beyond him at City
